Little Blue Heron juvenile
Egretta caerulea
Despite its name "Little Blue", a juvenile is white and can easily be mistaken for a snowy egret. However, the juvenile has greenish legs and feet, and a grayish bill with dark tip. A snowy egret has blackish legs and bright yellow feet, and a black bill.
Little Blue Herons of any age move in stately fashion through the water with model carriage and posture, seen here.
