This photo was taken just after sunrise, Otter Cliffs illuminated with a warm golden light. The cliffs are 110 feet high and are located along Acadia's Park Loop Road. The cliffs are popular for rock climbers who rappel down the face to the sea.

In this image I wanted to show the motion of the incoming waves, so I made the exposure at 0.4 seconds, using a tripod to keep the camera steady.
