White rhino, Etosha National Park, June 2016
White rhinos can be distinguished from black rhinos by a much shorter secondary horn and by a hump on the back just behind the ears. They are seriously endangered throughout Africa, a result of poachers taking and selling their horns for Chinese medicine. This photograph was processed to a monochrome digital pencil sketch using Topaz Impression 2.
